1. Sponsor:
   The giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by American Threads Wear LLC, located at 718 N Hariton St., Orange, California 92868, USA ("Sponsor").
   
   
2. Promotion Period:
   The Promotion period will be specified in each giveaway post on our official social media accounts or website. Times are in Pacific Time unless specifically stated. Entries must be received within the time frame stated in the respective giveaway post.
   
   
3. Eligibility:
   The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household of Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   
   
4. How to Enter:
   To enter the Promotion, participants must follow specific social media steps stated in the respective giveaway post. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is unique and submitted separately in accordance with the entry requirements. Automated or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
   
   
5. Prize:
   The winner will receive the list of items or equivalent listed in the respective giveaway post. Giveaways that may include travel dates are non-transferable, no cash equivalent. The prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically included herein and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and fees in connection with the prize.
   
   
6. Winner Selection:
   Winners will be chosen by random draw or judged based on criteria like creativity and originality, as stated in the giveaway post. The drawing/judging will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
7. Winner Notification:
   The potential winner will be notified by Direct Message “DM” within 2 business days following the end of the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within 2 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
   
   
8. General Conditions:
   Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
   
   
9. Limitation of Liability:
   Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

10. Disputes:
    Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

The information you provide will only be used for administering this Promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
    
    
15. Severability:
    If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
    
    
16. Modification of Promotion:
    Sponsor reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and with or without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the integrity of the Promotion becomes or is likely to be compromised in any way.
